Center Console

Since I’m at the stage of doing the final check through on the wiring, I needed to go ahead and install the center console with the radio and switches.

The console looks very different from a couple of years ago when I first started working on it.

I wanted to wait until most of the greasy bits were installed like the transmission and drive shaft before I unwrapped the newly reupholstered leather console. I know the leather can be cleaned pretty easily, but I’m still scared to touch it with my dirty hands! I carefully attached all the wiring, bezels, and control cables to the heater, and vent. Next week I’ll begin double checking all the electrical systems.

I put in a short day to get some Christmas shopping done because occasionally I have to remember the Ferrari is not the only priority!
