The Tomyang.net 2008 Fall Gathering

This year, I’ve decided to hold the Fall Party at my house. There’s plenty of room for parking and I’ll have a large tent set up near the cars. I will provide lunch as usual, but bringing a dessert would be appreciated!  I’ll be researching places to stay nearby for people who will be making a weekend of their stay. Here are the details:

I’m also excited to add something to this year’s activities. The party is on Saturday, but on Sunday the fun continues. In Stamford Connecticut, there will be a Ferrari show: http://festadiferrari.com/ and I want to drive down to the show. The event organizers will give Tomyang.netters show field parking and a catered lunch for $50 bucks per person. Participants that pre register will get a preprinted placard with the information on their car for display.  The show starts at 11am, but I want to make an entrance with as much Vintage Iron (aluminum?) as we can. It’ll be a great statement at a show displaying all types of Ferraris, that we are a group of people who actually drive our cars! You don’t have to own a Ferrari to join us in this drive, but I would like to see some neat cars on this drive. I’ve got a few guys who have already signed on, and it should be a cool caravan of cars. There’s no need to meet us at my house in Hollowville, NY, because you can join us enroute as we make our way south to Stamford. Don’t miss a chance to be a part of this fun weekend!
