Getting Ready for Monterey!

I know it’s still a couple of weeks away, but planning for Monterey usually starts back in the winter when we book our flights to go to California in August! Every year it seems I stay a little longer and try to do a few more things in an already jam-packed week. This year I’m planning on attending The Concours on the Avenue in Carmel by the Sea showing David Eichenbaum’s 250PF Coupe. We’ll also be showing the car at Concorso, so please stop by and say hi to me and David!

I’m hosting another party in Monterey to meet everyone on Thursday, August 18th, before the next day’s Quail and Concorso Events. I’m very excited to announce this year’s cocktail party will be held at the Quail Lodge! I reserved an outside patio area to accomodate our group of Vintage Ferrari enthusiasts overlooking the lawn that will hold the next day’s Quail show. We’ll meet between 5:30 and 8 so come and join us!

The patio is the on the ground floor and will be served by Edgar’s Restaurant. The only warning is it can get a little chilly in Carmel, so don’t forget to bring a jacket!

If you want to meet me sometime during the week, here’s my schedule so far. Carmel show on Tuesday, San Jose on Wednesday to help with a car, and back in Monterey on Thursday to look at some of the auctions and maybe see the Pebble Beach cars on Ocean Ave. Thursday evening I’ll host the cocktail party, and Friday will be Concorso. Saturday is usually spent at Laguna Seca and Sunday, of course is Pebble Beach. That’s just the rough frame work, and I be adding all sorts of stuff and side trips to that schedule. E-mail me so we can exchange phone numbers and I would love to meet!

Reminder: If you have a Ferrari related project, car, or idea you’d like to explore, I’d love to talk to you. I can also help if you’re thinking of buying or selling. This website represents what I love to do, share, and how I make a living, so if you’d like to do something together, let me know. It all begins with an e-mail!
