Dino School

FiatDino4

While we were waiting for replacement ignition boxes for a Dino Spyder at the shop, we tried to address some of the other issues on the customer’s to-do list. We don’t normally work on other cars than Vintage Ferraris simply because we stay pretty busy working on something we know well. I often tell people, “why pay me to learn on your car that I’m not familiar with?” It’s the same reason why people send their Vintage Ferraris to us, because know how to fix them as well and maybe better than anyone else!

The Dino was a favor, and maybe even a challenge, but just diagnosing the windshield wipers was a learning experience!

Francois first thought the wiper motor was under the dash, and as we proceeded to remove some of the panels behind the glove box, but we realized it wasn’t there! After some more head scratching, we found the whole cowl on on this car unbolted along with the wiper motor assembly attached to it! Who knew!

The Radcliffe/Tomyang.net Car Show!

May 7th 2016

I’m very excited to do this again, and look forward to see old and new friends at this annual event. Richard Garre and I have hosted this car show to celebrate all types of machinery, focusing on Italian Cars. There’s parking for about 100 cars and we will always try to accommodate late comers, but if you want a guaranteed  spot call Richard to preregister!
