Just to let you know, a 1966 275GTS (Chassis 7841) just sold at Bonhams' Gstaad sale for about $135,000, excluding premium, against an estimated price of $145,000 to $175,000. You can find more info about it on the Bonhams website.

It seems that the 365P Berlinetta Speciale was built by Pinninfarina in response to the Lamborghini Miura which was introduced in early 1966.
