Somebody with a good mandrel tube bender and the right mandrels should be able to do it without squeezing it down the inside bends. But these might be metric tube sizes and could be harder to find somebody with the correct tooling.

I suppose everybody is getting sick of this one but does anybody know whether the GTC heater hoses originally had 5 mm or 9 mm Copiglia clamps on them (part list Item 19)?

The way to do this is to have a local waterjet shop cut out shims from bronze shim stock from McMaster Carr.
