Ben
Nice to chat with you. Thanks for the compliment on my car(the GTC in front of yours). I wish I had stood around longer to hear what people were saying about your lovely ride but it was geting a little hot out there. See you at Concorso.

Oh boy, now I feel good hearing how "cool" you guys are... I'm talking normal driving. Of course now that it's getting a little warmer out I'm noticing it more. I will have to do some work. I am not as handy as most of you and trouble shooting is kinda out of my league. I would like to take it to Bo...

Oil Cooler Ideas?

I'm on the hunt for an oil cooler as I think my oil temp runs a little high. Everyone I talk to says the needle shoud be pointing straight up and mine doesn't. I had the temp of the oil checked thru the dipstick and it appears the gauge reads correct. (105°C to 110°C equals 221°F to 230°F). I unders...

Gentlemen Now that summer is here I feel I can no longer hide the truth and must confesss to my having purchased 330 GTC #9055 last November. More posts will follow now that I have time to address a few issues. I had been on the hunt for a 330 2+2, series II for nearly two years. In the end I'm glad...

May I piggyback on your post and ask what about the radio loosing power when braking? Yes, when I brake, the radio blanks out and then comes back on shortly after releasing the brake pedal.

Saw it yesterday. Clutch is being worked on. They actually have two right now. The other is red and in need of paint and interior. A project car. Irving wasn'r around so I didn' stay to talk and find out about them. The red one he did quote on the phone at $55k.

Gents, Yes, call it crazy but he did buy it for the wheels. Sean at Symbolic has had an advert in FML for a set of Borranis for him. Mid process I did a pretty comprehensive seach on-line for them and they just aren't out there. I think the buyer also feels strongly about taking it to Europe and mak...

330GT #9387 @ Symbolic test drive UPDATE

An update. Sorry for going quiet but I felt that until I had made a decision one way or the other I shouldn't air my laundry at your expense or that of others involved who don't have the opportunity to tell their side of the story. Much has transpired as you can imagine in the purchase of 37yr old c...

All the input is much appreciated! Let me clear a few things up. I was a little tired last night so I think I may have been confusing things. Certainly the s/n. The 330GT in question which I DID drive is #9673. Sorry! The GTC is #9387. Next, I didn't mean to imply that the car had no work done or di...

330GT #9387 @ Symbolic test drive last Sat looking for help

Hi all, I must warn that this may be a long post. In the back of my mind I've always wanted a Ferrari but it wasn't until I attended the Concourso, Pebble Beach, and Laguna Seca this last year that I began to seriously look into the possibility. After many, many hours on the web, I have settled on t...
