Series II #3779 had it. The flap turned brittle and tore off at some point, but the bracket and a small section of the rubber are still there. I intend to replace soon.

oil tube.jpg Sorry for the late response. My GTE Series II #3779 has the double tube set-up. The car has been in my family since 1969, so the 1st owner may have changed out, but it looks like original equipment to me. The "blow by" tube just ends below the oil pan.
