Re: 330 GT borrani wheel dilemma
Thanks guys! If that is correct that 3812s would cost so much, I can't possibly justify the cost just for slightly wider wheels. I can do $3000 to restore what I got already.

330 GT borrani wheel dilemma
A lot of you know of my car, #9119 ex Prince Bernhard. My wheels are nice but I really like the "pop" of new Borranis. Here's my problem: My build sheets say the wheels are 3812, but the car has 3801. All FIVE wheels are 3801 and have the patina to suggest that they could be original. Here are the o...

Re: David Eichenbaum's 250 GT PF Coupe featured in Forza Mag
I can confirm David is a good YOUNG vintage Ferrari guy! He took me for a ride in his PF-loved it!
Look for my 330 GT feature in an upcoming issue of Forza.

Re: 330GT Wheels
Dougal, I sent you a private message-thanks! For now I am keeping the 3801s- it may be a neat part of the car's history. Maybe one day I'll get 3812s

Re: 330GT Wheels
I have a theory why my S2 330 GT #9119 has 3801s. As you know there was 2 series of 500 Superfasts which closely paralelled the 2 series of 330 GTs. In fact the 2 cars had alot in common like brakes, frame, wheels etc! Prince Bernhard had a series 1 superfast speciale (with a 330 GT engine). Series ...

Re: My 330 GT Engine To Be Rebuilt
I have the dyno sheets but I cant figure out how to post the PDF document. I sent them to Kerry- perhaps he can post them? These were initial readings. Please read Richard and Fernando's Comments: "Dan, Initial HP/Torque figures first few runs----263 hp @6500rpm-----244 lb-ft@4200rpm----! HP/TQ read...

Re: My 330GT has returned!!
Hi Ed,
I believe they are natural alum. We only painted parts that were originally painted- We tried to be as authentic as possible,

Re: My 330GT has returned!!
Hi Clem,
We sourced the material from (I believe Re-originals) and we had an upholsterer stitch the diamond pattern correctly based on our original pad,

Re: My 330GT has returned!!
Thanks everyone! Tom Kizer, Richard had to do alot of tweaking to get the exhaust to fit, so it wouldnt surprise me if he had to tweak the hangers too (but I am not absolutely sure)- but it sounds great!
