I´m not Tom, but here in Germany, the Hammertone Silver is nor a rattle can, but normal paint to brush on. Hammerite is quite common here.

My factory supplyed screws have a little over 3.5 mm thick heads.

Here are brand new factory screws for the flywheel.

They are bought for an SWB, but should be the same.

Thing is, the pivot axles have been replaced a long time ago. So most have no hole.

Hello together, as i will start to redo the frons suspension in some weeks, I would like to know: -are all nuts on the pivot axles castle nut, or self locking nuts? Have seen both. -are the nuts on the steering arm a castle nut? -are any nuts on the front suspension (sway bar, steering system) self ...

as I was not able to buy a set of correct Nuts, I just asked my CNC guy to reproduce them for me. He will make 4 pieces.

As here it is impossible to do cadmium plating, they will be nicke matte.

Beautiful work! Do you know which models had these valve stem covers? Also, were they used only on Borranis or were they used with Campagnolo wheels also? Will you be selling the extra sets? Thanks!
