Re: Dirty cars

I agree with Mike. They should have at least washed the car. Leaving it "as found" on a body in decent condition like that does nothing for me. However, I did like the rusted Bugatti recovered from a lake that sold a few years ago. Glad the buyer exhibits it without any embellishment. A couple of ye...

Re: 4247 GT is heading for Monterey!

Tom,

The car looks great! A BIG improvement from the last time I saw it. The body/interior color combination reminds me of an ice cream sundae, very flashy 60's style.

Re: 4247 GT is heading for Monterey!

Way to go Tom! It looks MUCH more pulled together than when I saw it with you and Zac. Sorry I cannot make it's public debut.

Re: Cavallino 2015

Congratulations Mark, great car! I spent some quality time in one as a passenger two years back doing a round-trip to the Radcliffe event with a friend. It was fun and I was surprised at how comfortable it was for someone my size. I wish I could swing by Cavallino to say "Hi" but do not have the tim...

Re: Cavallino 2015

Hey Mark, are you going down to look for a new project? I saw Sheehan has a partially resored Queen for sale......

Cheers to you and your family.

Re: Questions: Heater valve, steering box fluid, vapor lock?

Mike, I followed your travails on the C/4 website going back and forth with Ian (who I met funnily enough at the first party Tom Yang Party in CT in 2007) and others. I am no mechanic so tend to stay quiet in those discussions except when I have first hand knowledge about an issue. Sorry the C/4 exp...

Re: Mark's 365

Congratulations Mark on a job well done. We will miss your antics with a clock and hammer and the lessons we learned about cross-wiring a fuse box We only hope your car has wound up with someone who will drive the heck out of it too.

Can't wait see the next chapter.

Cheers,

That is very sad. He was a very nice man and from my perspective wonderful to deal with. Fred, rest in peace.

Re: RM auctions result

Let's see, the drive to the Radcliffe Motors/Tom Yang event was Providence RI to Oxford MD to Riesterstown MD and back to Providence..875 miles of pure pleasure (not counting the potholes in the Palisades Parkway and Tappan Zee Bridge). Bright sunlight, 70 degrees, elbow out the window, nice breeze ...

Re: Need a choke lever/mechanism for 365c/4

I would guess it is the same as a 365 GT4 2+2 as they share the same engine. You might check the C/4 website http://www.365gtc4.com
