Has anyone had a Microtecnica window motor apart? I can't figure out what the 2 thin disks (one with contacts) do inside the bakelite connection block on the front of the motor. It appears to be some kind of cut-out, though I'm not sure how it works, and I don't know how to set it up; given the disc...
