330 GT 2+2 Badges

I have a bone-stock 65 Interim 330 GT 2+2, and the only badges on it are the Ferrari nose and tails badges, along with the Pininfarina badges and crowns on the sides.

Come to think of it, my 63 250 GT/E has the very same set-up.

Hope this helps,

Mike

Book, book, book!

Tom, You need to throw a rope around him and get him to write a book. With so much trash out there, it would be so refreshing to read something written by someone who really knows, and has such a unique perspective to boot. If he kicks, "ghost" write it with him. Seriously. I would buy it in a secon...

Hmmmm...

All I want to know is what kind of search were you running that would have you end up there? Then again, I always search for salad fixins' on eBay myself ;) Have you seen the price of croutons lately?!

PF Emblems

Jon, Michael, Since I am the proud new owner of 7369, I took a close up shot of the PF emblems. On my Interim car it is definitely a two piece affair. Not sure how to attach the image to this post, but I could sure email it to you. Just let me know your email address. As a side note, during my hunt,...

Great Input!

Thanks for the tips. I will be receiving the car in the next couple of weeks. Actually the story is that Motorcar Gallery had the car for sale back in October for $19,000, but no one would touch it because they were not willing to roll the dice on a car that had been still for 15+ years. In December...

Now we're talkin'!

Thank You, Sleeper! That is exactly my argument! I am now finalizing the purchase of 7369, the one-owner 1965 Interim 330GT for $21K, and I am tickled to death at the prospect of getting her in my garage! This weekend I was like a nesting expectant mother, cleaning out and organizing my garage to ma...

Love vs. $$$

Tom, Please don't misunderstand. I am in this for the love of the cars. My questions are more motivated out of a sense that regardless of the love, it logically should start to make financial sense to buy/invest in these cars also. In other words, it would be nice going in knowing that regardless of...

Thanks for the insight, and please keep it coming...

Ah there in lies the rub. I'm not stock market, or Ferrari market whiz, but it sure seems to me that the market for these cars (Vintage front-engine, V12 2+2's) has to be at about the bottom right now, at least in 2003 dollars anyway. So, when is it worth it to roll the dice on a car like this, know...

Need help on 330GT2+2 #07369

I'm looking at 330GT2+2 #07369 as a possible next project. It is a 1964 four headlight 330 GT. Supposedly it is a recent "barn-find". Can any of you folks give me some insight on this car, or point me in the right direction. Seems like a neat car. It looks complete, but definitely needs some attenti...

Fields for registry records

Enzo250GTO, This is great. I would also include fields for which Series a car is (i.e. 330 GT 2+2 Series I, 250 GT/E Series III, etc.), and also fields to account for occurrences of where a car may currently deviate from its original delivery status/condition. (i.e. Current Exterior Color, Current I...

You can never go wrong by going "original".

By virtue of the fact that your GTC has turned out to be a rather special, original and solid car, even if it is to "only" be a driver, I would strongly recommend going back to the original blue. That shade of blue is beautiful on a Ferrari, and at a minimum, you will never have to explain the devia...

63 GTE Windshield Washer Nozzles from "Re-Originals&quo

Impressive outfit. I just ordered two NOS nozzles exactly like the ones above. Here is their message to me and their info: "The squirters are $45 each (they are New Old Stock, made at the time the car was made.) You can e-mail us (or call in @ 713-849-2400) a credit card #, or we can send a COD pack...
