I have already measured the stroke on mine but I was wondering if anyone knows what the specification is or even what theirs is.

Does anyone know how much total stroke the fuel pump pushrod is supposed to have? this is the rod driven off a cam in the engine.

Relays are very easy to check, first remove it from the car, then remove the cover, connect a 12 volt battery to the appropriate terminals, observe that the small coil pulls the contact points together, if that works well, file the contacts smooth with a point file or something similar.
