Darren You are probably ahead of me but did you check the Boranni applications chart to see if maybe just the 3801 was used on any non F Car? We who own these cars profit when some lesser marque used the same bit (see heater shut off valves as an example) M

Yale I had mine done 8-10 years ago and have had zero issues Buddy O went to same shop w also no issues The shop is near by and quite reasonable M

Why wouldn't you go to them? This stuff isnt cheep because the number of cars is so small and their carrying costs are high We keep all these cars alive because of guys like them They have been at this for years Bottom line there is no free ride here M

As BrianPs wrench boy for the job I agree with all above - with the transmission out you will need to suspend the torque tube in its general orbit You get a good look at lots of inaccessable underbody to patch holes etc I am always amazed how many now open pilot holes these cars acquire over the dec...

Tom I actually double ground my cars with a second flex stap from one of the transmission to bellhousing nuts to the frame underside it is out of sight and helps insure the frame is all in the grounding circuit M
