Hi Laurent,
I have a 365 currently at my shop and the pulley roughly measures 160mm outside diameter. This is by no means accurate as I did it with a ruler.

Re: Rust Repair
I have the floor panels of my 250 GTE redone currently and need pictures to support the work. Unfortunately all links here seem dead and the email adress posted doesn’t work either. I also need information about the mysterious fiberglass mats. Which material did you use for replacement? Any help is...

Re: Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 radiator fan noise
I've also seen (heard) the fan pushing against the bushing or bracket due to the play in the shaft. Spinning the fan by hand doesn't make a noise, but when the fan is pushing air, it pushes against he bushing.
Good luck!

Re: Instrument removal GTE
Hi Graham, The gauges all come out individually from the front without removing the dash. They're held in with knurled knobs and brackets. It's going to take some contortions and squeezing your hands into tight spaces to get them out, but it can be done. I find it easier to remove the speedo or tach...

Re: 365 GT 2 + 2 restoration
Have you checked your condensers? Even new ones can sometimes be bad. Are you running resistors on the coils? What's the voltage at the + side of the coil with key on? The problem with pertronix set up it it needs to be done with the car to time the magnetic pickup with the flywheel marks. The plate...

Re: 365 GT 2 + 2 restoration
Hi AD, I'm not a fan of switching to Pertronix, but have to admit when it's set up correctly, it seems to work well. The problem is making sure the switch isn't masking other problems with the distributors. Pertronix is set up to fire with two units, one in each distributor with each one firing 6 cy...

Re: 330 GTC - rubber pad under door sill metal threshold
Hi Kevin,
The rubber is very thin, probably 2mm, and I have a rolls of rubber that I use to cut and fit. When I've found the original stuff under the sill, it's usually hardened and cracked.

Re: Pulling radiator
This is a picture of the WRONG core. Most radiator shops use this one because it's easier to get. radcore2.jpg I understand that flat fin cores are stronger but less efficient in cooling. Any reason why you recommend avoiding a serpentine core? I have not noticed any deficiency in cooling, and it's...

Re: BRAKE MC RES CAP ON DAYTONA
I believe gold cadmium plated. Gold cad has a slightly shiny finish, but dulls with age. It wasn't polished before it was plated, so think of it as bare steel that was plated.

Hi Terry,
The GTCs have a relay that clicks on when the ignition switch is in key-on position. Try to find that relay to see what it's drawing at that junction.

Hi All, It is with great sadness to have to tell you that an active member of this forum passed away last night.
