In October I looked at a couple of not-perfect but very nice 330 2+2's. One of them, at a CA Ferrari dealer, was $109K and gone with the wind a week after tellng the sales guy that I wasn't going to be able to do it (I was at the top of the waiting list). Another one is here in Dallas; I offered $90...

Art: I agree, what is hot are the cars the new to being 50 year olds had on their walls as young teens, today those guys are buying 308s, not Ferrari 12s or American muscle cars. M For my first Ferrari, nothing but a 12 would do...they were what I went nuts over from the sportscar mags of the '60s ...

That's a good piece of advice, Tom. I'll look into an additional cover mat made for the carpet at the door, and no doubt some driver's side upholstery will have to be redone eventually, no matter how careful I am. I'm looking forward to seeing how it all shakes out in the first few weeks of ownershi...

With an impending 308 purchase, I'm in for a whole new body-adjustment thing. Steering wheel operation clearance is excellent, of course. However, the front wheelwells intrude in the pedal space, and in trying one out for size my legs were angled three degrees or so toward the centerline of the car....

Considering it has new heads, my guess is yes. That said, there is a phone number in the ad, why not give them a call? Oh, Scott, how tall are you? I drove Tom's America at the party and it was a bit tight compared to your old car. Regards, Art S. A 330 America is just wishful thinking on my part. ...

Mike goes by the name afwrench. Tom thanks, Tom jsa330: When I installed my lift I solved the door problem with a commercial roll up metal door, with the housing inside the garage. I does look a little comercial( but its in a Georgetown alley so no one cares). I really like it, its far tighter, mor...
