I had a frightening weekend, I was running the car and held my hand over the header outlets and the inside header on the left side sucked my hand back as it was running, the others were just fine. I worried that I may have bent a valve so I removed the valve cover and rechecked valve lash it was ok....

Rudy, When setting up the cam timing I spent an entire afternoon fussing and rechecking to be sure I had it perfect. The popping seems worse though at higher rpm, I will try checking for vacuum...
