Hi Tom:
Sorry for the delay in replying- have been off line for a bit:
The guy who made (or had made?) my stainless valves is:
Charlie Pearson - 484 432 3160 He was recommended to me by Tim Stamford and is an ex-12 Cylinder specialist at Algar.

Re: Newbie question: Fans don't work
Steve: Assuming your GTC is the same as my 330 - there is the temperature sensor and (in my case) a LUCAS!!! relay to check. I hope it is the former, as I am pretty sure the same sensor is used in a number of cars. If the relay is bad, the hot water test still will not turn the fans on. But with a t...

Re: 330 Valve specs
Hi Tom:
Charlie Pearson "made" stainless valves for mine when it was rebuilt. He would have the dimensions. He also gave me a couple spares. You could contact him, and also I could send you one as an example.
Cheers

Re: Common Oil Leaks?
Some differentials "weep" but never drip, so that there is a film of oil, but not a leak. It often comes from the bolts whose threads were not sealed. I swear that gear oil creeps better than some penetrating oil.

Party
Hi All: As usual - kudos to you,Tom. It seems to me that Tom has another calling waiting if he gets tired of old cars. He can organize events! Was my car happier after a Tom wash (what a host)? Don't know, but at least it didn't look at the "fest" as if a hobo had wandered into a shelter and found a...

Belly Pans
Have to agree with Kerry and Tom - based on my car with belly pan. (If I disagreed I would keep it to myself). There has been so little upgrading of the car that I can't imagine someone would add a belly pan if it didn't already have one. A note, the pan is fairly crude, obviously made by hand, abou...

My 2 cents re : resistors. My C4 was having major running issues, after getting warmed up she would go off song, and as I went through the diagnostic list I checked the resistors and found that the current flow was intermittant. I backed off all the nuts on the resistors so the posts were loose and ...

My oil temp gauge takes a looooooooooong time before the needle moves. Typically this was the same with my vintage race car. The oil takes much longer to get up to temperature in comparison to the water temp gauge. Mine never moves unless I let it idle in the driveway for a long time on a warm day....

Re: Spark plugs differ by bank?
Hello According to the NGK website their correct plug for a 330GT 4.0L is DR8EA but I have no experience or knowledge of its projection. Regards Ian L UK Hi Ian: Very Interesting - when I got my set a number of years ago the recommended plug was the BP6ES, and my Ferrari mechanic (former ALGAR 12 C...
