Yale, I think you are having a moan without any substance. When it's time to sell a car I don't believe the majority of old ferrari owners are out to stick it to the next guy. I too have heard about the "newly rebuilt" engine which drops a valve or boils it's bum out within a year later. Sometimes i...

Hi John, yes, I have an old 12 banger GTE. Currently it's in about 2000 bits, so while I would love to be out driving it in March 08 it's going to be a little premature. As for the KFC, probably I worked for the previous owner as I heard it was sold shortly after I left. Keep in mind my Essendon day...

My GTE had a VW 6V electric fuel pump fitted when I got it. The Mechanical pump would not keep up so I had to run the Electric, and that would die about 1.25 hours into any Journey. I fitted a heat shield, that did not work. It was figured out when in the parts store I gave them the P/n off the old ...

come on, no-one lives in Moone Ponds. Here's a bit of trivia, I used to work in the KFC there. Even met my wife there. Anyway, a few years ago there was TV show in the US. I can't remember the name, but it was a "boston Legal" type show. Dame edna had a role in this show where he played an actress. ...

I think David went on a bit. My summary is this: The lack of cars older cars at the concorso was simply a statistical anomoly. (yes - spelling, I know). Cars are now possibly five places on Friday (track, concorso, concorso parking lot, quail and quail parking lot). Three years ago, the last time I ...

"a gentleman's haberdashery"

You are joking Chuck....

I'll be at the pub. Sammy is coming out as well. Tanagawa-san, the only sane one amongst all of us, might come out to see your car at the underware place - I'll let him know.

See All Y'all at the party of the two toms.

Yeah - I guess that it does seem strange that a guy in a coastal Australian town would know about a hardware store in the industrial area of Redondo. The backend to the story is that we lived in Manhattan beach for 10 years before going to back to Australia so I got to know all sorts of nooks and cr...

I don't recall the name, but I know exactly where it is. If you look up the address of Steve Tillack's shop, the lane he is on T-bones in...

hi guy's, Not to point the finger at anyone in particular, but I thougth that some posts on this thread are bagging the lambo's unjustly. The 350GT was the inspiration from Lamborghini, a successfull manufacturer at the time, based on his less than impressed encounter with Enzo and one of the 250GT'...

Tom, Perhaps we just live with Kerry, you and me deleting these idiots each day for a little while and see if something comes along. I am a member of another forum, using this software, and it seems to have the same problems so you are correct in your assumption that it is universal. At some point, ...
