Re: brake issue
The series 1 does have the pesky equalizer that seems to cause a lot of braking issues. Cory[/quote] I believe you're talking about the 250 GTE. My 330 GT (assembled in June 1964) has a T connector on the front cross member and an identical one on the rear axle. When I redid my brakes, I removed bot...

Re: Weber Carb Linkage Retainer Clips
I have in my notes that LANCIA up to the early 70s had these clips and the part number is 10124776. Hope this is the correct P/N.
I don't have anything else on this clip.
Hope that helps.

300GT brake M/C banjo fittings
Well Folks, I need some assistance: I finally have an operational master cylinder, the connecting bolts but no banjo fittings. For my 1964 330GT series I, I need the 4 brake master cylinder banjo fittings. The M/C on this jewel of a machine is located under the floorboard next to the first muffler. ...

Thank you - Tom Shaughnessy
As you all know from my previous posting, I was trying to locate a fuel level sensor sending unit for my 330 GT. I contacted Tom Shaughnessy to see if he had a used unit for the 330 or something that I could modify. Well, Tom came through in a few hours with, like he said, "something that I could wo...

Re: 330 GT Series I, fuel level sensor sending unit
Thank you very much for responding, John. The information you gave me solved the problem as I now have a baseline to work with. I had gone with the 0-30 Ohms because Ferrari early "electrics" are close to GM's and GM's Ohm ratings for the gauge up to about 1965 was 0-30 Ohms which in this case, woul...

330 GT Series I, fuel level sensor sending unit
Can someone let me know if there is a substitute part for the Borletti fuel level sensor sending unit P/N 8013-990-0, or knows where I can get a unit? I could adapt a universal one but in order to do that and not to fry the gauge on the dash board; I would need the Ohm range for the actual sending u...

Re: The 10th new Ceam electric switch
I've had that very same problem with the old 330 many times, when on log trips or on very hot days, the switch would get very hot (including the key) and then all went dead. Got to be a pro at hot-wiring the system and getting back on the road in less than 7 minutes. Even made a connector block to s...

Re: Another fuel line question
Ed, Over the years, I have always used on all my cars Permatex, Aviation, Form-A-Gasket (Sealant Liquid), Part No 3 H, Item Number 80019, comes in a 4 fl. oz. can. Now, I have had this can for "quite a few years" and I have not been on the market to see if the product is still available or if it is,...

Re: Another fuel line question
Hi Tom and thank you for our reply. I'm looking at the yellow flex lines. The steel ones are fine - for the moment, since I haven't touched them!!!!! In some of the posts, I have read that the flex lines used are 6, 8 and 10 mm ID and their individual application on the fuel line circuit was far fro...

Another fuel line question
After having gone through some 200 + posts, I can't seem to find (did I miss it?) a consensus on the specific application of the 2 or 3 different fuel line IDs. I am planning to replace on my 330 GT Series I the fuel lines starting at the fuel tank and going forward. I have not made up my mind as to...

Re: Mystery part #1
Found on 330 MKI . It fits by the locking lever of the front triangular vents - one for each side. The leather has an indentation where it fits. These are sometimes heavily scratched because the vent lock is dragged across when closing the vent.

330 MKI Proportioning Valve
Need to know if the 330 MK I, has 2 brake proportioning valves. The parts manual, TAV 31 lists #s 26 and 27 as connectors VBO-4015, PN 94681.
