The usual problem is dirty points. You might get away with cleaning them on the car. See http://www.parrotbyte.com/kbc/ferrari/PFCoupe/FISPAElectricPump.htm and http://www.parrotbyte.com/kbc/ferrari/commitment.htm#FISPA for some pictures and ideas. You can remove the wiring connection and then take...

Fuel Pump Problem?
This morning I went to start my 65 330 GT and it wouldn't start. After a lot of scewing around I detemined that there was no fuel getting to the carbs. I also noticed that the glass fuel filter bowl at the pressure regulator was only a quarter of the way filled. I jacked up the back end of the car a...

330 Malibu Run
I'm trying to stir some interest in getting the Southern California 330 owners together for Malibu morning run thru the Malibu mountains onto PCH. We have scheduled this run for August 31st on Sunday morning. We want to meet the Ferrari/Maserati dealer, The Auto Gallery, off of the 101 Freeway in Ca...

Okay, I gave up and decided to take the wheels to a polisher to see what kind of results I could get. He quoted me $40 and told me if I wasn't happy with the results, he would not charge me. I went to dismount the tire from the rim and found a tube in the tire (With a steel valve stem). Is this comm...

My finger tips are sore as a full time nose picker. I cut strips of terry cloth to use like a shoe shinner. That helped, but again it was not completely succesful. I then tried a tooth brush with moderate success. I'm now thinking I should buy a hard bristled tooth brush and maybe cut the bristles t...

Cleaning Borranis
Any tips on cleaning Borranis? I have taken the wheels off of the car, but getting the rim clean where the wires attach to the outer rim are almost impossible to get perfectly cleaned. Of course, access is one of the issues making it difficult, along with years of grime. I spent 2 hours on the first...

I finally pulled the Trigger
Okay, I just purchased a 65 330 GT S/N 6997 over the weekend. My first Ferrari. After a long and exhausting 4 month search the seller and I came upon an agreed price. The only negative is that I am in So Cal and the car is located in Florida. Long wait until the car gets here...sigh...

Ansa Exhaust Sytems
I am of the understanding that Ansa makes two different exhaust systems for the 330 GT. I'm being told that one system (original type) has the 3 muffler/resinators and the other only has 2 muffler/resinators and is somewhat louder. Is this true? Thanks in advance..
