"Leo", Yale drove mine & kept it on the black stuff between the trees. Dunlop system I believe on 8325.

PS Yale did have a few issues w/ my clutch pedal pressure; some mention of a workout on a Universal gym machine or something!

Jim Walker, Hope that we can help. Thanks for mag articles offer. Also, Kerry Chesbro's site has some posted electronically, including one I sent him from the Jan 1967 Sports Car Graphic testing the 1966 330 Series II. The current, May 29, 2004, issue of the Ferrari Market Letter lists six (6) 365 G...

Leo, Art S., & the Gang: If we put all the posts together, I think that we answered most of the questions (except Art S.'s Washer assembly). The nut of it seems to be that we need someone to reproduce the 3 different stalks. The base assemblies with contact points where the wires attach appear more ...

Ugh! Help. Maybe I should ask the question differently, because I sense that many assume that these are all 3 stalk systems. "Does anyone out there have a 330 GT Series II with only 2 stalks on the left side of the steering column?" "If so, what functions do the 2 stalks perform?" I have #8325, 1966...

Just spoke to Jeff Howe at Ferrari UK. He is overnight shipping the part today w/ an open return, no questions asked policy. Yesterday he took a photo of the part and sent it to me. Then this a.m. he double checked their system and the part was specifically remanufactured for replacement in 275 GTS ...

I think that these cars are very durable. Think of the neglect that some endured and yet they are still repairable and drivable. There appears to be a good percentage still on the road, compared to most Detroit iron that suffered the same. I think that the latter would be in the crusher by now. NYC ...

Leo, point taken. Actually, just after I posted the above, I emailed and left a voicemail for Jeff Howe to make sure that this piece fits my 3 stalk. Theoretically the RH stalk fits in or under the assembly. Why would they make the 2 stalk for LH if no cars have that exclusive set up? Do some models...

Forumites, thanks for the names. Yale, you either remembered where our car was this winter or you are Karnak reincarnate. We are currently allowing the party involved to respond w/ a solution, though given their workload my guess is that the repair work will be done elsewhere. Meanwhile, it sits at ...

Art, sorry to hear about the binders. Maybe both of us will have our cars back in time for the Hartford Concorso. Meanwhile, my problems originate from my lending the car, free of charge, to a world famous restoration shop who used the car to benchmark a resto on s/n 8783. The car went straight from...

Thank you for the advice/vendors. We are going to try the repair route first. I cannot tell exactly what caused the damage, so I wont speculate. Done is done. I still owe the Forum the answer on the fix for my charging system. That is still unresolved. Sure would be nice to have a neat car to drive ...

Aluminum Hood Repair Expert needed

Don't ask, I didn't do it, nor am I currently at liberty to say who did. But, nonetheless, the hood is now slightly bent at the trailing edge as well as the paint chipped in same area, and hood superstructure (frame) dented/bent. That also means that it does not shut. Any reputable body/panel/paint ...

All of the above sound relevant. My additional observation is that we have long wheelbases. Our '81 Mondial 8 w/ rack & pinion had a wheelbase similar to the 330 GT at approx 104 inches. That made for a 42 foot turning circle & the 330 doesn't feel much more nimble in that regard. Must be part of th...

Hi, Bluecat49, We ordered our suspension bushings, etc, from Geoff Ohland at PartSource. "www.partsourcenet.com"

They are more of the OEM type, and not the "last forever" type. LJH
