Greetings... If all else is ok in your brake system, contact Porterfield Brakes for the R4S compound. Many or our cars aren't listed in the catalog but a phone call will get you the pads and they are gentle on the rotors. One of the best things you can do for your Ferrari and yourself.

Greetings... I think they are thinking of the dual point distributors that use one set to make contact and one to break. They would use a 6 lobe cam for 6 cylinders. For cars with 3 lobe cams, you'd have to leave both hooked up or you will only get 3 cylinders to fire. Tim

Greetings.... I saw one like this many years ago a a Ferrari Concours in Carmel Valley pre Concorso. Don't remember which country club it was at but I don't think it was Quail Lodge. The car looked great and I seem to recall something about it being styled after a 410. The car was well enough done I...

Greetings... My switch went bad several years ago and there were no replacements. My car is an early 330GT (5769) and the switch is part of the end of the master cylinder. I got a bolt the same threads as the end plug of the cylinder and shortened it to make up a new plug. I then drilled this for 1/...

Concorso Italiano

He outlined some changes for next year, mostly involving traffic. The Ferrari park that confused many people (cars just jammed into one area with no organization) wa...

Greetings... That was the thinking 40 years ago when Ford started the GT40 program. They found once up to speed, the spokes behaved much like a solid wheel and there was no advantage. At our slower speeds, they might but I doubt it would be significant. Tim

Greetings... I would rebuild everything to standard using stainless steel sleeves and bridge pipes (if your calipers use them). Then use Porterfield R4S pads. The pads are one of the best upgrades you can do to your car. If your car isn't listed, don't worry. Call Andy, tell him what you've got, and...

OOOPPPSSSSS Meant to say the crown and shield are separate pieces and the pininfarina script is just below so there are three pieces. If you need any further help, such as measurements (how far up, how far back etc) let me know. Its always nice to meet other Ferrari people and it seems the older car...
