Re: Oil Change
Question. Why does the drain plug have to be safety-wired on this car yet I have not seen it required on any others? Do all Ferraris of this vintage require it?

"F e r r a r i" script wanted
I am looking for a " F e r r a r i " trunk script for my 1965 330gt 2+2. My original script is broken. The original mounts from 3 separate screws that go through trunk lid and into the script. Anyone have one in very good condition they want to sell? If so, PM me. Thanks, Kevin

Console Pattern
I am redoing my 1965 Series 1. It did not come with the console option. I am thinking about making one but I need a pattern. Is there any owner out there who has their console out of the car and wouldn't mind tracing a patter for me?

Re: Door handle gaskets
RE-originals called the manufacturer and discovered their error. They have now ordered the correct ones. Re-originals is great to work with. Thanks very much again Kerry. I'll post the number for others when I get them. Kevin

Door handle gaskets
Anyone have a picture of the door handle rubber gaskets for a 1965 330gt 2+2. I ordered a couple from re-originals for $52 and received a couple of half-dollar sized oval rubber pieces that presumably will sit between the handle mounts and the door. I would have thought it would have been more of a ...

Re: Front windshield gasket needed 65 330GT 2+2
Try Lee at T. Rutlands 1-800-638-1444. I paid $285 for a front windsheild gasket in April last year. Their service is great and they stand behind their products. Installation is tricky. Make sure to leave the gasket out in the sun so it gets good and soft. Mount the gasket to the glass and install ...

Re: Front windshield gasket needed 65 330GT 2+2
Yes, I have an email into them. They only show the GTC gasket on their website but am hoping they might have one and the site is just not current. Thanks for the recommendation. Kevin

removing window trim
I will be stripping my 1966 Series I 330 GT 2+2 (Interim) for repaint over the holidays. :?: Any tricks to removing the metal trim around the side windows and removing the windows? Does the trim bolt on from the inside of the door panel or does it simply "pop" off where the screws are not aparent. D...
