Re: Should my Lusso's have a backup light?

Thanks John and Dyke. Here is the flap and all wires are there so looks like it should have had a backup light. The picture with the arrow shows a spare wire so maybe that it is.

looking for a 365gt 2+2 a/c switch

I have tried all the usual suspects for locating the A/C switch for my 365gt 2+2 (queen mother) with no success. see attached diagram for part #9381201001. It actuates the a/c by turning the nob inside the A/C vents. It is very similar to the ones used on 308 and boxers but the 365gt has a longer sh...

Re: Should my Lusso's have a backup light?

I believe the backup lights for the Lusso and 275 are the same. Here is one for a 275 but it attaches with two screws and my Lusso has one opening. Is the opening for the electrical wire to go through? Does this light look correct? It has Carello lens number 18.550.717.

Should my Lusso's have a backup light?

My Lusso does not have a back-up light but there is a hole in the body (and also one on the bumper) where it looks like it would go. (see pic). From all the Lusso pics I have looked at it seems like half of them have them and the other half don't have them installed. My car was classique certified w...

Re: Cavallino 2015

I am going and taking the PF Cab. I might take you up on the couch as long as there are no judging point deductions for having a 250 on the front lawn and sleeping on a couch:) let me know the details at gregbrendel@aol.com.

Re: Looking for 2 aux venturis for 40 DCL6 carbs

Cornelis,
Thanks for the help! Interesting story with the Weber man able to find a needle in a haystack of all of those little parts but not his glasses. What a wealth of knowledge he has that is irreplaceable.

Re: Looking for 2 aux venturis for 40 DCL6 carbs

Thanks for the reply Cornelis,
Only need #73 the secondary venture. #72 the choke is ok. Below is a pic. Yes that is me dallasgreg on ebay. I will send you an email separately.

If your Weber contact can help that would be great.

Looking for 2 aux venturis for 40 DCL6 carbs

Hi Guys,
Any leads on finding 2 auxiliary venturis for 40 DCL6 carbs? Have tried Pierce Manifold with no luck. Needed for 1961 250 PF Cab.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Which 250 Cab air cleaner nut?

Thanks guys for all the help, One of the PF cab pictures I looked at was the "survivor" car with 5,200 KM #2441 at Mecum in Monterey from Mike Regalia. It has the 3 eared nuts. I think even the best make mistakes on some small details. My old survivor coupe #1977 had the 2 eared nut. https://www.you...

Re: Which 250 Cab air cleaner nut?

I found the road and track article on the PF Cab, its blurry but it looks like a 2 eared nut. One Pic is from Antoine Prunet "Ferrari Legend, the Road Cars" looks like 2 eared. I am confident the 3 eared nut is correct for the Lusso, but leaning towards the 2 eared for the PF Series II Cab and Coupe?

Which 250 Cab air cleaner nut?

Which air cleaner nut is correct for a 1961 PF Cab? I have seen both but more of the 3 prong thicker one in the second pic rather than the 2 prong in pic 1. Is there a 4,5, and 6 MM nut? Thanks.

Need a choke lever/mechanism for 365c/4

I am missing the choke lever under the dash along with the bracket on the engine for my 1972 365c/4. Does anybody know if its the same as a Daytona, Dino, 365 GT 2+2, or 365 GT4 2+2 which would help in expanding my search. I just found out its missing and trying to put something together before Cava...

Re: Cavallino 2014

Looks like my car will get there Saturday or Sunday before Cavallino and I will get there Wednesday. Any suggestions on where to have it shipped to and received? I am afraid if it gets there Sunday a dealer wouldn't even be open.
Thanks,
Greg
