Defroster holes.

The holes in my GTE rear defroster shelf are 14 X 15 pattern, which I'm sure is absolutely correct, as long as the 15 holes go across, and not up-and-down, or diagonally. Seriously, making the hole pattern in the new leather was easy, just be sure to glue a very thin cardboard piece on the under-sid...

Kare - Of course the parts of the door switches that break are the plastic housing (near where the screw terminal bosses attach), and the phenolic piece that insulates the button from the contactor ring. Plus the cheesy copper contacts go bad. Do these switches have the same screw terminals for the ...

Hi David Booth - I'm not sure I understand your post. I bought GT/E #4355 over 18 years ago in Denver from the Widow Daggett. Of course it has sat untouched for most of those years, due to the aforementioned parts problem, gt race car, kid, etc. Just wanted to get her in shape to sell, in finished c...

Too bad we can't all be T.S. - But I'm talking about helping the REGULAR guy that probably gave up a lot (like almost everything they were worth) just to own an old Ferrari to tinker with, love, and enjoy. A few days ago I was offered a nasty looking used plastic choke knob that I need for my GTE fo...

Vintage Ferrari Parts

Tom - Would it be possible to make space on the "Site", for guys to list parts needed, and extra parts they might have? Obviously one of the greatest problems and biggest frustrations with Vintage Ferraris is getting the parts. Thanks.

Dave.

So few Ferrari's at Barrett-Jackson, Scottsdale 2006?

Can it be explained why there are so few Ferrari's at the BJCCA this year? I saw only 4 listed, none vintage, no 12's.

Zac - Thanks. The "green wire to nowhere" goes to my door switches (dome light). I un-hooked it because I'm working on the door jam switches (trying to repair or find new replacements).

Grumpy2 - Yes. you are right. The mystery relay is for the generator warning light.

Tom Yang - Could you please let me know what I'm missing when trying to correctly display a URL or photo? Perhaps this would help others. Could we put some info into the FAQ's? I couldn't find any help. Thanks.

Kare - I believe you are talking about the overdrive relay. I have a scan of the wiring and fuse panel diagram. I put it at: http://members.cox.net/michael2000/ferrari 250 wires.pdf You should be able to zoom in and see a lot of ...
