Differential and Gear Oil Change...+2nd Oil Change

Hey guys - Help please. I need to tackle my Queen's differential and gear oil changes. I am having a bit of trouble translating some of the Italian from the manual - and I have never changed the fluids in a differential or a transmission before. So if someone can help guide me that would be great. I...

Re: Srewed - literally. Dimmer light revisited

Men - I finally got around to pulling the entire dimmer light assembly from behind the dash. Indeed, it looks very similar to the one Tom was kind enough to post the picture of. Here's where I am: In the picture I posted you can see the brass arm. There is another somewhat similar brass arm still at...

Abarth or Ansa (or Spacem, Galletti and Ceretto...)

I originally contacted Parker Hall at Kiliminjaro Designs to order some replacement decals for my newly installed Ansa exhaust on my 1967 365 GT 2+2. For those who may not yet be familiar with Kiliminjaro Designs, it is an absolutely amazing resource for vintage Ferrari stickers, decals, tools, etc....

Re: Muffler Heat Shields

It took a larger washer and a lock nut - both of which I now need to paint black but it did the trick. And thanks for the reminder about not torquing down on it too hard...that would have created a much bigger problem...thanks guys. Problem solved (for now :D )

hotel2.jpg hotel1.jpg I have put over 3,000 miles on the Queen in the last month since I've owned her. And I must say I have been impressed with every mile. There have been some minor issues that have popped up and you guys helped me and my Dad through my first oil change. But I think all of the mi...

Thanks guys - off to Home Depot to pick up a few items, including the oil. I'll take a few pics and post them when done.

Oil change cont'd...UFI filter application

I changed my oil last weekend and used the Framm 8A filters. I have finally rec'd the UFI filters, but each package also comes with a set of brass colored washers. One washer 'fits' inside the other. I didn't use and separate washers when I installed the Framms. Anyone have experience with these UFI...

Re: Front Bumper Lens - Amber or Clear: 365 GT 2+2

Mr. Kizer - Thank you for all of your help thus far. I appreciate you taking the time to help me with my postings. Hopefully I can help you someday. Interesting info re: the lenses. My car - s/n 10431, is the prototype for the U.S. market. So I've got some latitude in terms of what's right and or wr...

Srewed - literally. Dimmer light revisited

I need to fix this issue of the dimmer light. I had to use my flashlight and the interior light (it works!) to check gauges, etc on my ride home from work last night. As I started to get into it before I left for work this morning, all hell broke loose. I am going on a long road trip on business and...
