Re: The Road Trip to Cavallino Begins!

Ohland could have a caliper rebuild kit/seals, etc. fedexed to Zac's hotel room in 24 hours . . . . He was able to do that for me when my front caliper siezed the Friday before a Sunday show.

Also, I think you get to ADD points for driving onto the show field in flames.

As you can probably tell, my family is prone to doing things on our own, with minimal outside assistance. But the prospect of marketing the car again thru ebay and oth...

Radio issue

Ok, gentlemen; any ideas? I have a Blaupunkt Koln 4-band euro radio. When the power/volume button is pushed, the radio turns on, and the antenna goes up. But as soon as the antenna is all the way up, it comes back down and the radio turns off. Looking for guidance - hopefully an easily solved issue ...

Tom Tom, I could be wring, but I think 12171 is too early for the dinoplex boxes. I think somewhere around 12333 is where you start seeing them stock. Bu...

Re: Project car

these ads kill me

"Automotive investments"
"seats are rough"
"dash is dirty"

sounds like we'll be rolling after a little elbow grease and a bucket of soapy water.

Re: Mark's 365 at Road America

Zac cheats death on a regular basis Even though it is the largest Ferrari ever made, the Queen Mother's proportions, esp the rear end, are downright delicate compared to the newer cars on the track w/ Mark - their rears are like billboards. I know it's because of design borne out of wind tunnel test...

Dear Tom K, Will be happy to show the little blue car to you at the Concours. Also looking forward to seeing your queen. Bryan and Michael B will be struggling to reinstall the tranny in Bryan's queen while we are enjoying the show. Best regards, ...and that transmission is no lightweight! See you ...
