I just did the trim on my 365 it was also anodized but was pretty easy for my polisher to buff right off I think he charged me less then $600.00 for the entire cars worth of trim and than you can choose whether or not to anodize again which is nice but tends to not keep the polish for long especialy...

Hi Yale, I am not so sure that your dash is not teak I looked at the picture in the owners gallery and it could very well be teak. Although I can't blow the picture up enough to be sure it does have the straight grain and basic apearence. Anyways if you want to save the existing look without redoing...

TEAK!!!!!!! from most of the cars I have seen and my own personal experience for the 60's cars it is almost always Teak with but as always all Ferraris were built to order so I am sure if somone wanted a burl dash or Mahogany dash they just had to pay for it. The pictures Tom posted are Teak finishe...

It is not only feasible but reccomended there are tons of companys out there that make internally regulated 130A alternators that only need a switch ignition wire and a straight hot wire from the Bat no muss no fuss and no voltage regulator. not only that but they make clean power, that is a constan...

Here is my best method for chasing shorts without taking all day. first get a good DVOM( volt ohm meter) and set it in amps mode. dissconnect the negative battery terminal and hook one side of the meter to the negative post and hook the other to the cable. what ever amps you are reading is your draw...

Hi Mark, I think Tom's set up is much earlier than yours, so give this a try . I have been able on several occasions to remove the heat shields without messing with the steering shaft on both Euro and US versions so it can be done. but if yours is just to tight you can undo the bolt at the steering ...

I have never heard of a power steering reducer by that name but I am sure we are all familiar with speed sensitive power steering it is on most of the better modern cars and basically bypasses the fluid and speeds over anywhere from 15 to 25 mile an hour. unfortunaly most of those work off a VSS(veh...

Hi Tom

Yes I do remember that car the spokes were painted or black oxided with the rim polished and the knock off chromed. not my preference but I have seen that in some other books so maybe it was an option or just a trend at the time. there was also a dino there where the guy had painted every trim piece...
