Tom:
Had a similar problem on my Cab, which turned out to be a sticking piston seal in the master cylinder. In my case, it was the rear brakes which were affected. Best of luck, and props to you for your perseverance in getting your car to the event.

Re: Sheet metal work on 4HL 330 GT
I wish the pics on the TinMan page were cliackable - I'd like to see the one of the repaired rocker area enlarged. It looks as though a lot of work went into that alone. Wonder what the bill was?

Re: Screws for upholstery parts
Metric & Multistandard has what we need in stainless (screws and cup washers both) and although a box of a hundred is more than we need, the cost won't break the bank.

It's a third series car from the placement of the fog lights in the bodywork, but with the incorrect (like it matters) first/second series taillights. Not sure if that stain on the ground is from a little simple overheating or from some real vintage Ferrari fan who lost his midday beverage when he s...

Always a nice party, but it even seemed a little more lightly attended this year, as did many of the events. Brother Brent was definitely missed. And in the picture above, I'm not so much under the weather, but rather, wondering when Mr. Yang is going to take a breath so I can OPEN that bottle of Sy...

Wow. Ten minutes after looking up the sale results, I'm still trying to get my mouth to stay closed. A very nice SII Cab sold at the same sale for 550.000 Euro, which seems to be equivalent to $880,000, and I don't know if this includes buyer's premium. It's also a USA-titled car, which means that i...

Tom is right - the front springs are easier in some ways than the rears. It takes some experimentation with external spring compressors to get ones that will work in the narrow confines available, as well as the close coil spacing. I've used those, plus a floor jack under the spring bucket and a cha...
