Re: Source for Bosch distributor rebuild

Dear Steve, You might want to call John Whittington at 540-335-9443 or e-mail him at jwwhittington@gmail.com. He is located in Woodstock, VA and did a great job on my wiring harness and Marelli distributors for the little blue car. Before he set out on his own he worked in David Carte's shop. Best r...

Re: 365 GT4 2+2

Aha! Maybe I have been looking in the wrong places. After six months of correspondence I have finally been removed from the TSA watch list and no longer get the "extra" attention at the security check ins, and can get my boarding passes without going to the counter. I thought it had something to do ...

Re: The big exaggerator Ferrari

Dear Yangsters, Not being a professional engineer I almost hesitate to bring this up. I notice on many of the factory dyno reports pages a correction coefficient to adjust or correct for a difference in temperature and humidity at the time of the dyno test to some standard base atmospheric condition...

Re: Mark's 365 at Road America

To ensure credit is given where credit is due, the footage of Mark and Zac at Road America was extracted from a lot of footage shot by Bill Bowdish.

Dear Yangsters,

At the risk of boring some of you with more photos from Road America last weekend, here are a few more.

Re: FCA Nationals in Wisconson

Dear Yangsters,

Extracted some footage from the video camera that Bill Bowdish used at Road America and Bryan figured out how to get it on youtube. Try going to:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JnbAYXd1ic4

The track was quite wet and it made for a very fun drive.

Best regards,

Robert

Re: FCA Nationals in Wisconson

Dear Yangsters, To me there were several interesting occurrences at the FCA National Meet this year. After the judging at the Concours on Thursday, Tom Schultz (author of the two definitive books on the history of Road America) came up to me and asked if I would like to meet Augie Pabst. As some of ...

Re: FCA Nationals in Wisconson

Dear Sam,

I will be happy to give you an autograph. By the way you need to check with Michael B as to what the cost will be for the autograph... a deal particularly for C/4 owners.

Re: FCA Nationals in Wisconson

Dear Tom K,

Will be happy to show the little blue car to you at the Concours. Also looking forward to seeing your queen. Bryan and Michael B will be struggling to reinstall the tranny in Bryan's queen while we are enjoying the show.
