Tom - Bruce Marquand (Symbolic) is supposed to be sending me a CD-R, or DVD-R with the entire catalog of photo's from their work. As soon as I have it, I'll email a few along to Tom Y. to see if he wants to post any of them. I'll subsequently forward a few once the car comes out of the paint shop. M...

Tom - thanks for the help (given Frank's ailing health) as I finally go the call I've been waiting on for nearly two years..........my seats are done! Gina is going to ship them this month to Symbolic Motorcars for installation into my car. I understand you pitched in to help Frank with the final fr...

Finally!....the 2+2 Has its Day in the Sun
Rudy - these increases in values have been long overdue for the 2+2's. You guys may recall that I was lementing on this forum in 2006 whether to "pull the trigger" at $425,000 to buy a 250 Lusso, when Lusso's were pushing $475,000 -- but alas, I couldn't bring myself to tie up that much cash in one ...

Floorpan Pic's Needed (250 GTE)
Guys - Symbolic Motorcars is trying to fabricate new upper & lower floorpans for my 330 America but the old ones were thrown away by the prior Ferrari shop who was working on the restoration. Hence, we have no template to use. Can someone please direct me to some photo's (or a guidebook) for 250GTE ...

Thanks Art.....This is a very nice car indeed. I got a PM from John Vardanian 3 weeks ago tipping me to this car before it went to Fantasy Junction as it belongs to John's friend. However, the owner went ahead and gave it to FJ to sell, so obviously the price has now gone up to cover FJ's fees. Even...

Jimmy - thanks. I've spoken to Thomas about it as the car is in the UK but does not belong to Tom. I've talked to the current owner and offered to see the car once it is in the USA (sometime in March) and potentially make an offer. Tom Yang has reviewed about 20 pictures of the car that I received a...

Dear Abrent - when you see demand disappear for the Muira's such that the prices collapse, let me know because the Muira SV is one of the 5 sexiest cars of all time in my book (and was just rated THE most beautiful design of all time by a recent motorsport magazine). I'll buy one on the spot, despit...

Guys - I should have clarified why I even raised the "investment" issue to begin with. Because I run my own business I am able to to take out an occasional bonus to buy a unique car now and again. Usually, these are cars in the $40K-$100K range (Porsche Speedster, Boss 302, etc.) However, I don't ju...

Tom/Art - you obviously missed the "25 year old guy" qualifier on the Carmen/Jessica comment. I'm 42 and happily married 15 years..... :) Does anyone remember Bridgit Bardot or Ursula Andress? I talked with the seller of the Florida Lusso about 15 minutes ago to confirm a meeting next week but he's ...

Art - good comments :) Aren't all vintage Ferrari's "art on wheels?" I've driven some older Ghibli's, etc. and some of the Lambo and Maserati's do feel somewhat heavy, even with 340HP+ engines. The one thing to remember about the Lambo 350GT is "Superleggera" (super lightweight) bodies. A mere 1050k...
