But YOUR 3921 has a S1/S2 Front. So 3777 is about 70 Cars earlier but the Front of the later Series ?

I agree with you, that f.e. the Taillights or the centerconsole have been "mixed" between the Seriese, but the complete Front ???

Not 3 years ago, my GTE got a bare-metal-respray.... Today I ascertain the damage ! The Metal was thinner than paper, the spackle was thicker than ¼ inch !!!!! The obvious problem was, that the front mask (Chrome) was not fitting correctly, because the curvature wasn't the same on the left and right...
