My radiator is aluminum and looks original though since I wasn't around when it was replaced I have no idea about what went on. I do know that I had horrible overheating problems in NYC traffic and since that is where I live and keep the car I was quite flummoxed by this until I installed a double K...

I had heard that often the factory guys at Ferrari didn't do this sort of thing but sent any "options" out "to some guys down the block" to take care of. Hence quite a quality variation on after the fact alterations. Best, Yale

I don't know about you guys but the folks on ebay who sell their xerox copies of manuals, calling them "Official Marparts Reprints," for more then $100 piss me off. At this point I don't believe any of these reprints are really "official" and I assume they just get a bunch of blue binders and silk-s...

Maryland Car Rally and Show to go to

http://www.nationalroadrally.com/info.html Hey Folks, Cumberland Maryland is an old industrial town in the mountains of Western Maryland. It used to be the point that seven railroads (going right through the center of town), America's first highway and canal system moved goods from the interior of ...

The + 2's

I saw an add for Re-orginals which mentioned that they had Ferrari interiors and I told Tom, (king of foam), I would investigate what their foam padding situation was. Matt there told me he has foam for the GTC's and many other cars but none for the early 2 + 2's. I wondered, since there was more of...

Though Fram were originally speced on the Ferrari's of this era, those in my Mercedes world do not feel them to be of a high quality of manufacture. Many have recommended Baldwin Filters to me and they seem like good quality. Available from Parts Source and others in the $15 range. Why cheap out on ...

E bay item 2408997985 might be a valve for post 330GT's but many of us use these also since the valve that comes with our cars, the one that opens and closes with what seems to be bicycle hand brake wire, is next to hopeless in terms of closing off the heat. Of course to use this one you have to ope...

New Folks on this site

I see quite a few new people finding Tom's site but I don't see a lot of new photos of cars or stories. Come on people give it up, we are interested in you and your car and how the two came to meet. Thanks. Yale
