365 GT 2+2 - Gas

What type of gas do you normally use in a 365 GT 2+2 ? I am in an area where leaded gas is not available. Thanks for the help.

horner, Thanks for the advise on the car. It sounds like it is more of a restoration candidate vs a nice solid driver. Boxer42

365 GT 2+2 US Prices

I was recently looking at 365 GT 2+2's. It seems that US prices on this model have increased by about 10% in the last year after being basically flat for several years. Soes anyone know what is driving the increase ?

Erik, I have considered the 365GT4/412i series. Great cars, but in this case I am really after a classic vintage 60's model. Thanks. Boxer42

The intended usage would be for long day or weekend trips on highways and larger country roads. The impression I am getting is that the 365 GT 2+2 would be the more comfortable car for this type of usage, but the 330 GT 2+2 S2 might be more involving to drive. One of the things I really enjoy about ...

After a bit of research, I am coming to the conclusion that either a 330 GT 2+2 SII or a 365 GT 2+2 are my best options. I will probably start a search for both models and then choose the best available in my price range.

If you are going to go "modern" suggest you take a look at an older 456 GT. It has room for 2 adults, 2 kids, and most of the depreciation cost will already have been borne by the original owner. It has a great 12 cylinder engine and is a great long distance drivers car. Additionally it handles like...

Thank you for all the advice. It sounds like the best approach is to look at and drive a number of different cars in each model class and then make a choice based on personal preference. They all seem to have strong and weak points. Is there any major difference in maintence costs and parts availabi...

365 GT 2+2 vs 365 GTC/4

In an earlier post, I asked for information on the 330 and the 250. One f the insights was that the major driver of purchase decision was the aesthetic difference between the two. Beween the 365 GT 2+2 and the 365 GTC/4,I believe it is both a much more dramatic body style difference and mechanical d...
