Greetings... Also, the washers are about 2mm thick, thicker than a normal washer.

Re: Bumper insulators
Greetings... I've removed a rear bolt and it is 8mm by 45mm, threaded full length. The washer measures 35mm and there are 2, one on the inside of the trunk and one in a recess on the small side of the rubber insulator that goes agains the bumper bracket. There is also a steel sleeve inside the insul...

Greetings... Yes it was a great time especially meeting Dyke. Wish I could have stayed later but we had dinner reservation at 6 (I didn't make them)

Re: Bumper insulators
Greetings... The shorter one on the right looks like the ones on my car, 5769. The small end should have a recess for a washer whilst the large end fits in the hole in the body. Later, I'll take one of the bolts out and let you know what size. Now I am going to take a nap after spending a great week...

Re: Series 1 Carb spacer information
Greetings… On little brother, part of the housing for the sector gears on the rear carb is ground away for clearance. The spacer is not tapered. Seems a little crude but it's been that way for the 40 years I've had it.

seatbelt
Greetings… Whilst cleaning out my garage I found the original belts from my 64 330GT. They fastened to the side of the interior behind the driver and went across to the transmission tunnel. There is no lap belt. These were in the car when I bought it 40 years ago. I changed them to a proper Simpson ...

Greetings… John, what car are you working on. Is that the Lusso. I refer to Cory's car as "big brother" as his is 5749 and mine is 5769.

Re: Booster Vacuum hose
Greetings… Little brother had a ribbed rubber hose originally. I got a replacement from Mike Dunn when he was still around. Not sure what the status of Mikes business is now. I think I heard Brian Hoyt had taken over from his wife but not sure.

Greetings… Curious-mine appear to be some sort of white fabric tubing coated with plastic. Possibly due to it being an early car. Do we have a source for rebuilding the visors as the foam in mine has perished.

Greetings… Mine is one inch as well. Getting a consistent and firm pedal is an art form. Allow a day and lots of brake juice as well as patience.

Re: 330 GT air baffles
Greetings… No AC and no electric fan. I think the series 2 cars had electric fans which might also be why the factory thought they didn't have the baffles. Five blade aluminum fan with electric clutch on water pump.

Re: 330 GT air baffles
Greetings… Ed, my car has had these baffles for at least the last 39 years since I bought it so I'm pretty sure they are original to my car. Both you and Kerry's car are series 2 whilst mine is an early series 1 which could be the difference.

Re: 330 GT air baffles
Greetings… 5769 has all three. 31 and 32 are welded to the side panels of the engine compartment and 30 is a removable piece of light gauge steel. The radiator fits up against the 31 and 32 from the rear. If you have lived with Morgans, you know the importance of sealing off air leaks so all the air...
