You can't be too hard on them. When we delivered 0717 in Monterey in 2002, the owner never saw the car until the morning of the tour. He uses the car regularly and agressively and knows it well now. For many owners Pebble's like a first date with a much longed for girl, lots of shakey hands and stumbling and mumbling with the hope of a wonderful result!
