There is a great article on 330 2+2's in today's New York Times. Check it out.

Nice catch....well done article. It was great to read a story that does not portray Ferrari owners as elitist snobs, but down-to-earth individuals with passion who have pursed their dreams in a practical fashion. But, it also hurts because now our secret is out!

Thanks for the post, Charlie. I wouldn't have seen the article otherwise.
The prices quoted for 330's is interesting!

Matt,
That owner is me :). However, I was slightly misquoted. What I said is that I wouldn't sell it for a loss.

Hi, Art. I didn't put two and two together. (Hey, we're the same age...)
Sometimes I think that newspapers always misquote the people they interview.

This thread finally motivated me to sign up for N.Y. Times online. Good article. It would take 2x-plus the $32K I paid for my 330 for me to even consider selling it.

I can't believe that Letterman, who is quoted in the article, didn't alert the writer to Tom, the true pioneer here...but I love the last line: "Service costs are an issue."

Thanks Andrew for the recognition. I spoke to the author before for a previous piece he wrote for The Times, so certainly don't feel left out.
