Post by Stephanm »

I have seen some pretty great Ferrari 2+2's at the Reading PA. show. Is anyone going this weekend, Sunday the 15th?

Oh, no. Is it this weekend?

I really wanted to go, and have my car judged. Unfortunately I'm tied up with a friend's wedding this weeked.

I was hoping to meet up with Daniel Reese (DBR328&330).

For some reason, I thought it was at the end of the month.

So sorry you are not coming Matt! Maybe next year? I was looking forward to seeing your car in the flesh.

Reading is a great regional show and it is well worth the trip. There usually is a fair number of vintage Ferraris there.

I will be driving my 330 GT 2+2 200 miles to the show (fingers crossed). It is dark green so come and say Hi if you are there. I will be also judging one of the later model classes,

A GREAT day

Post by Charlie_Dodge »

What a wonderful day. For those of you who didn't go, Reading was a lot of fun. The trip was a pleasant 2 hour zoom up from Baltimore. Mapquest got me close and then I just followed the line of bright red things into the club grounds. Wow! I didn't expect to see such a wide range of Ferraris. The GTO was Awesome! The SWB superb. There were many vintage cars including about 5 330 2+2's

Michael, Dan and Steve, I enjoyed meeting each of you and seeing the results of all of your efforts. Your cars were beautiful and inspirational.

Nice to meet you too Charlie. Yes it was a great day with lots of vintage Ferraris. Iwas pleasantly surprised to win a gold behind Buddy's platinum. Michael, great C/4!

Same here, it was great to swap ideas and tales with so many vintage guys! Sorry I had to leave the 330 at home, but I could only bring one and this time chose the GTC/4. Michael Bayer
