I bought some new Dino centercaps on EBAY.

I have looked at my old ones and they appear a little thinner. I would still like to replace them. Has anyone out there done it? Did you pry the old ones off? Did you use superglue or liquid nails to hold the new ones on?
Also I would like to paint the black part of the insert around it. I am almost afraid to try to take a tire off!
