The tour is Thursday, the same day as Tom Y's West Coast party (see http://www.tomyang.net/cars/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1398). The need is for people to help during the lunch stop, answering questions and keeping people's filthy mitts off of the million dollar+ cars. The time frame is 9AM to 2PM, at the lunch stop in the middle of Carmel (#3 on the maps in my write-ups). For people flying in like me, it does mean arriving on Wednesday and having a set of wheels to get around.
There are goodies including lunch and some sort of jacket. Last year was a fleece that I wear as often as it gets washed and back in my closet.
