John, do you know the official (Ferrari) name of that color?
Jon,
I don't know. Kerry's chart doesn't show such a color. It is a dark gray of some sort. The reason why I posted the picture is because I thing this 4HL looks particularly elegant with that color combination of interior/exterior.
The 4HL cars are way cool, yet they tend to take the back seat to the single HL. I have always been puzzled.

color choices
my pf coupe is "corvette red" painted in 1968 by po. it has a light natural connoley leather interior (it was red originally). the carpets are original...red. the red paint is ok but not really great. i have toyed with painting it the original color...black. i think a coupe would look sharp in that color.
so do you all think a new paintjob in black would be a cost recovered in resale price?
i am thiking a good paint job would cost about $10k, is this right?

Rudy, Tom tells me I have a strange sense of humor, but socks???
As for the Mondial comment, I was just try to point out that there is someone who likes/dislikes everything and in the case of Ferrari's especially, where they are all good cars, it's ludicrous. Best, Yale

No offense taken here. I just thought it was a bit funny when I realized the Mondial was the only other Ferrari I can think of with 4 headlights (though they're hidden). The Mondial has been the best car I've ever owned -- by far, but I'm expecting the 330 will be even better. I also like Subway.

Peter
