for those of you who have read my 'story' (thanks Tom!)
and are wondering about the 365 GT 2+2 in TX I alluded to
here is the link http://giojess.tripod.com/
this car is not advertised via the 'mainstream' venues
and so you all may not have heard about this one
it was still for sale as of Jan 03
(and I'd be willing to bet, still is)
I talked with the owner and it seems like a real good choice
I tried to get a local friend to go out and view the car for me
but that did not happen
any how one of you dudes should scoop this one up!

365 GT 2+2 4 Sale: TX
Someone forgot to tell my Queen that she is supposed to be "trouble free."
From the pictures, only four issues jump out.
1. 1970 cars' seats had headrests, didn't they?
2. the fuel lines look pretty old
3. exhaust manifold heat shields are missing
4. I hope I don't offend anybody here, but people who stick the Scuderia shields on the fenders of their vintage grand touring Ferraris make me insane.
The story will be in the maintenance records; hopefully someone reputable did the work.

shields are hokey
I DO agree the shields are way hokey lookin
supposedly the car has original paint
and could use a repaint
(and lose the shields in the process)
the heads were supposedly done by Bob Wallace BTW
