There were some original press photos of 330 GTs on eBay recently. One was new to me:
I edited in a drawing application to see if there happened to be a registration plate so I could figure out the VIN:
I noticed that the reflectors looked to be round and recessed in the body. Here's a blow-up of that area:
So has anybody ever seen a 330 GT 2+2 with round reflectors?
BTW, the series II Pininfarina body parts manual does show round reflectors in the drawing though there is no revised part number.
It would be interesting to get a pair of round reflectors from a 330 GTC and have a car in a well-judged concours. Armed with the PF body parts page and this photograph, it would be fun to argue with the judges!
Round reflectors on a 330 GT 2+2?

I noticed a couple of other things in the brochure pictures:
1. The 'shiny' exhaust system that you pointed out. As far as I know, only ANSA exhausts were ever used on 330 GTs.
2. The knock-offs have straight ears, not the normal curved ones.
I also took a look at the 4HL brochure:

The interesting thing I noticed was that the PF shield and script are positioned below the front fender vent rather than behind the door.
