Just wanted to let interested folks know that the Z-shaped 330GTS door jamb weatherstrip reproductions are available! (see Tom's 2/18/03 "More CAD for Ferraris") They're the ones that I computer-modeled in Solidworks, had SLA pattern parts made up, and are now cast in flexible rubber.
Mike Dunn at Madenterprise succeeded in molding the weatherstrips from my left- and right-hand SLA masters. They look and fit just like the originals on my car, which I copied the geometry from. They fit 330GTS cars, and probably 275GTS and 365GTS as well, although I haven't been able to verify the fit for the latter two yet.
Mike is going to cast up a small bunch soon; I'm trying to get the word out so that Mike can sell a few. He's been selfless so far in undertaking this experiment with me. If you need this weatherstrip (left or right), please call Mike Dunn at (510) 742-6780.
