OK, Since no one replied, here is the scoop.

The car in the video is frame off restoration of a one off 1968 Ghia Centurion built on a Checker Cab chassis. At that time, Alejandro
de Tomaso ran Ghia, and he hired Tom Tjaarda to design the car.
Tjaarda designed the Ferrari 330GT 2+2 (and also the 365 California).

I did get the Tom T. connection but, that's a bit of a stretch in terms of a connection to our 330s. :)

It does have four headlights.

I immediately connected that it had four wheels like our 330's have.

I like the build quality of this car, and details such as the aluminum grille are nice.

However, the overall body styling is like something that is supposed to reflect the character of a Checker cab chassis; it's very dull.
