Kicking some ideas around for the Fall Party.
Hey Art:Art S. wrote:Hi Tom,
The first fall gathering was Oct 21 or Oct 23, the weather was great and so was the leaf color.
Assuming my car gets done, I plan to attend.
Regards,
Art S.
Weather was great? Speak for yourself - Judy and I drove over the mountains in snow, sleet, and rain on the way back. I vote for as early as possible.

I'm IN!
Hey Guys,
I would love to do this as a co-pilot (I'm very resourceful and reasonably pleasant company).
I know this area of VT VERY well since my mom lives in Ludlow.
Cheers

Actually, Warren was asking why do I need narrow shoes when I can borrow his? That's actually a good question, as his worked well for so many of us last year. My real problem is not obtaining the shoes, but remembering to take them out of the suitcase on the day of the party. Still working on that one...
And Art, I am more of a vintage guy, so will stick with the 250. Those new fangled 330's are a bit to much for me. As for the room, having driven a couple of 250's and 330's (including yours), I can say the headroom for a guy 6'3" is fine, and the leg room works, though I will be installing my drivers seat a little further back. Now if I can only figure out a way to install the windshield a little further forward so my knuckles won't bang against it when steering....

A serious question - are the GTE pedals even closer than the330 pedals? Even with narrow Pumas I have found it convenient to take the pedal pads off to get a bit more room for my fat feet and a bit klutzy footwork.tyang wrote:The GTE pedals, along with a lot of Ferraris, are very close, so running shoes are often not a good choice.whturner wrote:Why?tyang wrote:First off, you're going to need narrower shoes!
