Junction block on circuit board, anyone...?

Post by kare »

Does anyone have a 5-terminal junction block (Mamut 500V) as located inside the left C-pillar on a GT/E they could sell me? The one I have is cracked and can be cut into a perfect 4-terminal block as used on the circuit board (which is missing), so finding a good 5-terminal block would solve two problems for me... A 4-terminal block would, off course, be better than nothing...! I can live with a cracked junction block inside the body of my car, but I need one for the circuit board!Image
Also looking for a Carello flasher relay. Doesn't matter if it doesn't work as I can always rebuild it.

Best wishes, Kare

I love that show - Fiera di Padova. And what a great town as well!!

How was it?? They always had some great ferrari parts - even better than Imola.

Auto e moto d'epoca (=cars and motorcysles of the old days) and this was already 25th year. For me this was 4th time; I took my first trip two months after I had bought my garage and started working on the GT/E. My lucky strike this year was a very late S.3 GTE/330 America circuit board; not cheap but concidering how many problems it will solve just like that I am very happy. Now mind you that my car burned in the 60's and the wiper motor and circuit board has been missing ever since. Kudos to Tom S. for the wiper motor and now I have a complete circuit board - with only the Marchal waffle pattern horn relay missing (anyone?).

I also learned that I must be very careful pronouncing my surname, as "piattola" stands for 1) genital lice 2) very unpleasant person (guess they can't say "asshole" in a dictionary.

Kare,

They don't need a dictionary for "asshole". They use sign language
remember?

I have an Italian sign language dictionary. After saying "Ciao!" (hello!) and "Come stai?" (how are you?) it jumps right into insults like "Balli come uno scemo!" (You dance like an idiot!) and threats like "Ti rompe le ginocchia!" (I'll brake your knee caps!). Not very practical when buying a bus ticket but saves you a lot of time as you don't have to spend half afternoon trading compliments before you get into the fist fight. Best wishes, Kare
