I am missing the keys to the doors and trunk on my 330 GT 2+2. What is involved in getting new ones?

Remove the locks and take them to a good locksmith. See http://www.parrotbyte.com/kbc/ferrari/KeysandLocks.htm for key blank numbers, etc.
